Description

Neopaque Flowable Extender #579 is the base for both the Lumiere and Neopaque paints.

It has a thinner viscosity than the Neopaque colors so that it may be used to thin the Neopaque paints without altering their adhesive properties. The viscosity is similar to the light-bodied Lumiere paints.
